Our Leadership Team

Mr. Pak Kin Tse, MSc(Eng), CEng, FIStructE, FHKIE
PK became a Christian in 1991, at the age of 42. He joined Hope of God Hong Kong in 1993, whilst he was working as a Director in Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Ltd., one of the top 3 Consulting Engineering Firms in Hong Kong. He was Project Director for a number of major building and infrastructural projects, including the 350,000 Tung Chung New Town (next to the new airport) when he resigned from the company in 1996 and worked as an independent consultant, finding more time for ministry. He was an Elder in Hope Hong Kong when he left for London for church planting in May 1998. While pioneering the church, PK was tent-making by working part-time, initially as a Senior Lecturer at London South Bank University. PK rejoined the consulting engineering profession in 2006 by joining White Young Green Consulting Engineers as a Project Director. He also serves as the Honorary Secretary of the 2000 strong North Thames Branch of the Institution of Structural Engineers. In church, he is the Regional Pastor of Hope Churches in West Europe. PK is married to Kim and they have 2 sons Nic and Ben.

Dr Vincent Ong, BSc, MBA, PhD
Vincent joined the pioneering team of Hope of God Johor Bahru, Malaysia in 1992 during his first year of engineering degree in University Technology of Malaysia. Together with Pastor Kwong Lie and a few brothers, they started Hope of God Johor Bahru. Before he came to the UK for his master degree study, the University Group has become the largest Christian fellowship in the campus, with approximately 100 students. After completing his MBA with distinction in Leicester University, he joined PK and Kim pioneer Hope Church London in 1998. He has involved in various ministries in church. Vincent graduated with PhD in Information Systems. Currently, he is lecturing in the university.

Mr. Aaron Chaiithiwet, BBA, MSc, MBA, ACMA
Aaron came to know Christ in Hope of God Seattle, USA, in 1996 during his study. After graduation, he went back to Thailand and was involved in various ministries in Hope of God Bangkok for three years. He then received a scholarship to study Masters degree in UK and joined Hope Church London in 1999. Aaron serves as a church treasurer and also leads Thai and Filipino groups. He became a qualified accountant in 2006 and currently works in one of the leading global investment banks.

Mr. Sze Kai Then, BSc, MSc, PhD (Pursuing)
Eldos became Christian when he was 15 years old in high school through his best friend. He joined Hope of God Johor Bahru Malaysia in 1998 while studying for an engineering degree. He involved in various ministries particularly the youth and the worship team. He then went over to UK for his engineering master degree and joined Hope London in 2002. In 2005, he was granted a PhD scholarship to study in the Department of Computing in Imperial College London. Eldos serves as a church elders and leads student ministry.
