Who are we
We are a friendly, sociable, group of runners who happen to have met at Hope London Church. Some of its members caught the running bug from entering recent fun runs, and from that we decided to start this running group in Autumn 2018.
Who we do
We run in amazing scenery in the surrounding area - covering two parks and a nature reserve including running next to streams and reservoirs. Most of the run is flat (there is one short hill) and on the tarmac, but there are some dirt paths which can get a little muddy if it has been raining. Once the run is finished, we usually get a coffee and cake at a nearby cafe so do come along for that if you can.
How to find us
Sunday 8am, leave Manor House station (Piccadilly line) at exit 5 and look for the friendly group waiting at the top of the stairs. If you want to come and check us out, you can turn up on the day, but please email or message us on Facebook - to double check in case there is a cancellation that week.
